Our Goal

To support the resource poor members of communities to achieve their full potential as individuals, families and citizens.

·        We are committed to supporting the most vulnerable members of society to achieve their full potential.
·        We see the empowerment of the communities we work with as central to our approach. In doing so,
·        We seek to address gender inequality and to enhance the participation of women and other marginalised groups in the work we do.
·        We seek to build on local knowledge by working in partnership with local communities.
·        We aim to be efficient and accountable in supporting the delivery of high quality programmes.
·        We are committed to learning from our own experiences and facilitating the learning of others.
